PLONGEE FRANCE is an associative structure among many others much... Its members can practise there the diving and all the activities of the FFESSM developed within its framework. However PLONGEE FRANCE has a unique characteristic in its kind:
the club gathers around a charter of quality, the French-speaking foreign structures which practise diving according to the federal standards, with monitors having federal or state teaching diplomas. - It allows them thus, within the regulatory framework governing the French federal clubs, to deliver on the spot electronic licences of PLONGEE FRANCE, thus making it possible to divers to take part in federal training to get a diploma, as soon as the supervision corresponds to the standards defined by the FFESSM
INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION
French Clubs and divers will know what is practised abroad in the structures that are members of PLONGEE France
They will find there a French-speaking supervision and standards of diving corresponding to the criteria defined by the FFESSM.
the list and the characteristics of these establishments will be soon accessible on this Internet site.
For the foreign structures, PLONGEE FRANCE is their privileged relay for the organization of training courses and the passing of diplomas in collaboration with the regional technical Commissions.
It will be their promotional support thanks to the information campaigns (press, media) and to its participation in the professional fairs on diving.

1. Concerning diving :
Respect of the French regulation relating to the diving leisure with the air or with the gas mixtures, on which the local regulation will be able to superimpose
- 2. Supervisory staff :
Training:
- The supervisory staff must have the diploma of theFrench state of the taught discipline or one of the federal diplomas of supervising delivered by the F.F.E.S.S.M.
- The teacher must have a valid licence from the FFESSM.
- He should be ready to dispense his courses in French.
- Exploration: The director of diving will necessarily have to be able to carry out in each diving, a presentation of the characteristics of diving in French, and will raise at exit, the parameters of each sling load
- 3. Prerogatives of the divers :
- Those defined by the standards of FFESSM.

- 5. Boat :
The boat will have the materials of first aid, safety and of necessary means communication defined by the French standards regarding diving.These materials will be presented at least once to the new divers present on the boat.
- 6. Organization at ground:
The reception facilities will have a closed space of reception. In the case of training courses, the room of reception must have the standards of hygiene recommended by the Ministry of Youth and French Sports.
- However, derogatory measures, according to the places of practice, could be applied.
- 7. Material :
The material placed at the disposal of the divers will have to be maintained and in perfect working condition (French standards of use or possibly standards of the country).
